About the event
Candace, Andrea, and the HYDF team are brewing up some good summertime fun. The day includes lunch, pool yoga, affirmations, and meditation. If you know Andrea, you know probably more is sprinkled in the day.
We start at 11am with snacks and we will have snack attack access all day.
12pm Pool Yoga, and Floating Meditation. Bring a noodle or float.
1pm Snack refill
1:30 Affirmation Station with Andrea
2:30 Pool Lounging, Laughing, and Healing
