Start your New Year right with Ignite Your 2024! Sherry Henderson, Valerie Que, Cindy Sherwood, and HYDF Founder Andrea Bagby guide you through a day of intention, workshops, and balancing.

The day includes four metaphysical classes, snacks, drinks, and lunch.  There will be gentle movement to integrate mind, body, and spirit, so dress code is casual and comfy.  There will also be personal mediumship messages and more.
